"The service at this insurance agency is poor. I had an umbrella policy which paid $786 annually and for the renewal the price increased 112% to $1,680 without providing any explanation. When I inquired about the increase, I was told that they would get the details and get back to me. Two weeks passed and when I gave a follow-up junior personnel who clearly had no idea and had not done his duty told me that he needed to send a note to some other person for the detail's explanation. Obviously, no one had done his job and I decided not to renew this policy with an email to the junior person. Immediately I got a telephone call, but it was too late. In the insurance business, customer service is everything and it is the difference of keeping an account or losing it."

"I am posting this review because I typically do not leave negative reviews unless an experience impacts me in more than one way. Unfortunately, this situation has cost me significant time, additional financial resources, and unnecessary stress, and I feel it’s important to share so others are not put in a similar position. At the beginning, the service was responsive, informative, and attentive while securing my business. Once my policy was in place and payment was taken, communication completely stopped. My assigned agent, Alexis Caicedo, has been unresponsive for over two months despite multiple emails and phone calls and text messages. I was originally quoted $319/month for our car insurance (2 vehicles), but shortly after signing up my premiums increased significantly with little explanation (over $500 one month, $447 the next, and $484 the following month). I was told the increase was due to not installing the driving tracker (Beacon). This was inaccurate. I was never sent the device initially. When I logged into the website myself in December and ordered one, it arrived without issue. Regardless of whether my agent still works there, clients should not be left without support or accountability. Due to the lack of response and escalating costs, I moved my coverage back to my previous insurer (GEICO). I would not recommend doing business with this agency."
