"I wish I did not even have to give a star. They definitely do not take accountability for any problems, especially ones they cause. This has been the worst experience ever! From start to finish. They initially quoted a car, sent a safe driver fob to monitor my driving, accidentally sent it too late. Took off the discount, changed the price to my insurance, promised me for months to fix it, never did. I called every, single, day for months and was mainly dealing with “Jessica fobbs” and she promises to fix everything and does nothing. Without me calling every day for months on end nothing would be taken care of. Then i added another car (i know, why did i even do that!) and they dropped my original car (without telling me). I was driving around with no insurance for a month and half until i went to pay the bill and noticed only the new car was on it. They dropped my car due to a balance that jessica had promised to remove and didn’t. Then they closed that account and i paid in full the balance for both cars, and still no update on both of my cars. This whole experience is horrendous and i highly recommend you never use this dealer."

"Unfortunately it was a bait and switch situation. Quoted an outstanding rate, handed a printout, and when it was time to pay the premium, it had gone up to more than I had been paying with Progressive. $700 a month! I didn’t appreciate the “my apologies” nor did I appreciate “our system was down”…Two cars, two people, no accident history, retired, over 65, driving less than 20k miles per year…and because we had previously covered our children who no longer live with us, whom we no longer insure, we are forever stuck with higher rates because of their driving histories. Not a good neighbor!!!! Christine, my apologies!"
